    DB have said this service is strating 'in the next few weeks' - in a reply to an query to info service. Any one any idea on when exactly that might be??

    The 40 group of routes are set for some changes by the first week in February. The 140 will take effect at the same time.

    This is reply I got to email I sent to DB:

    We hope to introduce a new Route 140 over the coming weeks.
    The route will be as follows.

    St Margaret's Road, Jamestown Road, Meekstown, St Margaret's Road. North Road, Finglas Road, Doyles Corner, O'Connell St, St Stephens Green, Lesson St, Wilton Terrace.

    It will be a 20 minute service Mon to Saturday. 30 minute service Sunday.

    Its on the DB website as kicking off on Sunday this week. Timetables to be issued tomorrow.

    Currently this bus turns back on the last stop using local (access) road in Hampton Wood. Is it temporary route? I think that this terrible because this road is too near developments and there is too narrow also.

    Thanku for bus no 140 root hampton wood to city center .but in my suggision bus no 19 &19A should extent to hamptonwood road.

    Myles, can you say that in simple in english ?

    We all know route 140 was a new roure but what does "now will more coming" mean ?

    When and IF Db start new routes if will be made public on thier website.

    BUT I've heard rumours of a route 36 starting soon..
