Apparently hotmail are blocking email from us - this means that when you register as a new user from an msn or hotmail account it may bounce back to us and we will be unable to send you your password.
At the moment the only solution is to check your bulk mail for an email from us, if it's not there then you may wish to contact hotmail directly and ask them to stop blocking us.
Alternatively, if you can, we suggest using another email provider.
If you are still having problems please send us an email and we will set your account up manually.
