Why is my username rejected?

Hey SickCert,
It's because you already have a username on the system which got migrated from the old board. Did you try following the advise in the sticky post?
1. Find one of your old posts on the discussion forum, make a note of the username for the post in the left hand column.
2. Try to login using that username (without entering a password)
3. You should see a recover password button, click this - your new password will be emailed to you.If the email address we have on file for you is out of date, drop me a private email and I will update it, so you can reactivate you original username.
