wots the point introducing this route if its gonna be like the 54A?

The 54A Was Only Recently Extended A Few Week's Ago, Maybe They Are Going To Run It A Different Route To That And Terminate it at The square tallaght.
Where Is The 141 Going??

Cool...
The 120A Will Be The First 4 digit Route For Dublin Bus???
[posted by: Driver A]Posted 3 years ago # -
IIRC, the first four-character bus route designation (alphanumeric) was the 101A.Posted 3 years ago #
-
oh sorry i dint realise...
When Was This Route Operated??
[posted by: Driver A]Posted 3 years ago # -
its unsure of the routing the 120A will take..
One thing for certain is that the original CABRA 120 terminus will be in use again, as it has remained there since 2004.

Ok, Any Idead When?
[posted by: Driver A]Posted 3 years ago # -
Will it take the 120 out of the labyrinth of Cabra? Why is there a bus corridor along Ballybogan Road (road that runs Ratoath Road down to N2)? And a bus stop?Posted 3 years ago #
-
ive heard that the 120 is to go home to its original terminus in Cabra and the 120A will be the Ashtown bus, qzhep

if the 120a does come into operation why not sent it cross cityPosted 3 years ago #
-
this service will more than likely be peak extensions or changes. it will more than likely carry 119 or 125 the next available numbers, as 120A is not viable.
The 120 doesnt need to go cross city as the 121/122 already do that and its pointelss sendin the local route southisde

was talk a while back of extending the 120 to st vincents hospital, but would mean changing the whole bill, and the developers up in ashtown wouldnt be happy as they have already shelled out something in the region of a million euro for a regular 10 min service both ways.Posted 2 years ago #

i was thinking along the lines of extend the 120 and 65bPosted 2 years ago #
-
myles. what would be the point of that? Just make a totally unreliable service. If the 120 wer to go southisde it would be better of being amalgamated with th 26 or 150, not a bus to Tallaght.
