the cheak of a driver to stop the bus at a shop and buy fags for himself!!! they make me angry!! grrrrrrrPosted 2 years ago #

I see you didn't grow up in the 70s, then. Used to be that the driver would get the conductor to run out and get them. Since there's no timetable for intermediate points on Dublin bus routes, you are going to have to expect thatbut there is a flip-side to that, that being if you have a scheduled time-point along the route, the bus driver would have to wait at that time point if he arrives early, sweet shop or not.

There are intermidiate point timetables on 17, 65, 75, 76/a/b and 84.

Yeah, and that has varied through the years. The 17 never used to be like that; there was a period when the 65 timetable dropped that format and went back to it; the 84A was like that briefly; and the 33 and 33B used to have that format.
Other bus routes currently using such a timetable format (although they don’t have too many intermediate time-points) include the 201, 202, and 220.Posted 2 years ago #
