The NBRU recently settled out of court an action taken against them by a driver in Clontarf Garage. He had been charged with membership of the IWU but the NBRU backed down rather than fight it in the High Court. The NBRU paid all costs involved believed to be in excess of a hundred thousand euro (ยค100.000). Who in the NBRU is responsible for this scandal?
