   Well Holy God.....Only gossipy stuff doin the rounds is alledgedly extraordinary evidence supposedly given by a senior Dub Bus Guy to the effect that he was`nt concerned about the constitution.....
   Its only rumour but if true then I cannot think of a less impressive thing to say within the hearing of a High Court Judge who,after all eats sleeps and drinks the bloody thing.
   I presume that being held in open court means the transcript will have been issued to the media ...?
   Over to the "Learned Friends" for some background perhaps..?

   Nuttin to stop the Great Unwashed exercising their constitutional right to attend and observe proceedings in the 4 Courts.
   Make it ur business to take a peep at the legal timetable in the Hall ......
