Mystery bus pole at Donnybrook

Outside Donnybrook Church (Southbound) there is a bus stop pole in perfect condition. The "real" bus stop (10, 46A, 84 etc.) is about 10 yards away, with a shelter. Does anyone know what this other stop is for? On a related point, why don't the 46As which plan to change drivers at Donnybrook not show this in advance, so we can board another bus? On another point, does anyone know of a bus stop which actually displays the 145 timetable? The Donnybrook ones don't.

Every time I go by that bus stop, there's a 63 stopped & two drivers chatting outside - Whilst theres a half full bus waiting to move.

Maybe it's the 63 chat stop?
