   Can anyone enlighten me as to what exactly are these non-DB buses which go around the place with route numbers? An example is a Dualway bus I saw at College Green this morning with "613 Lucan" on it. I have also seen a bus stop marked with these routes. I am sure these are not DB services, nor are they those BE services which use hired private coaches.

   That,s Dual-way operating from city centre to City west that,s one of the licences that was issued by Mr Brennan when he said he would,nt until negiation,s with the union,s were finalised
