Did anybody read the article today in the Daily Mirror?
it was about dublin bus breaking the 3 tonne limit with the 10 tonne volvo olympians. there was a picture of a 120 heading into cabra from finglas.
but why are they moaning,
every day loads of big heavy artic trucks use that bridge but there is never a complaint made against them. there is a 3 tonne limit sign but that hasn`t got it`s "except buses" sign applied yet.
there is also another part in the article saying, every day that the 120 is crammed packed with passengers, but thats not true, not unless lots of people want to see royal canal park(terminus) and then they all rush ont the 120.
i thought the 120 wouldnt be able to fit over the bridge but it can and now it does every day without any bother and with the new pedestrian bridge it is even safer.
just lay off dublin bus`back, Daily Mirror, they do have permission to use the bridge so get your story right.
