   Why is it, that in areas under the control of Dun Laoire Council, car parking is uncontrolled and sporadic? Cars park on junctions, on double yellows, at bus stops. In fact the council in their stupidity even painted car parkng spaces at some bus stops. It ridicules all health and safety issues for boarding and alighting from buses. Dun Laoire Council should be prosecuted for painting double yellow lines as they are wasting tax payers money since there is no enforcement.

   DLRCC are at best incompetent and at worst disasterous, the have systematically ruined the majority of town centres in their jurisdiciton with so called urban improvemnt schemes, the have even benn known to draw parking spaces on street corners! Compared to Fingal, South and the City, DLRCC are a shambles, they have ruined the vast majority of south Dublin.
   Besides this is a PUBLIC TRANSIT based website, and the fact that you chose to complain about car parking just shows the car centred mentality of Dubliners, but you are right about DLRCC!
