In the discussion of the 48A route, Alek Smart writes: 'PRESENTLY, the 48A escapes relatively unscathed with only 2 buses coming off the route post Luas'. That implies that more drastic cuts are planned elsewhere. Are any details of these known? In addition, does the fact that 'PRESENTLY' appears in capitals mean that the final decision has not yet been made ... or perhaps awaits the approval of those in the Department of Seamus?
