Just coming into Suffock Street this morning and low and behold, butwho was double parked?
A feckin' Learner Bus!
Dont know whom it was company wise but bloody hell, who are you teaching my man? Taxi Drivers???
Traffic was stuck for about 13mins before a Gard moved them on.
