The person in question is one Howard Napier. There is an article in the Sunday Business Post about the incidents, among which were Mr. Napier receiving gifts from vendors inappropriately (conflict of interest/bribing).
Well, at least it shows that the crooks lower-down don’t get away with it forever. Now to go further up-hill in this chain of corruption…perhaps we might find out where all of our Metro money has disappeared to also…? (Very sore point with me.)
