<description>: I have never understood this either, I've seen drivers consult some cryptic book, that looks like an old schools log table, to work out outer suburban fares, but they are never listed on timetable, bus stops or on the web.&#60;p&#62;Well you want to try computing a fare as a driver,when you have an A3 size fare chart to unfold...then locate the appropriate stage ...remarkably absent for example on the 84 route from Lord Meaths gate onwards !!!&#60;br&#62;I reckon its to get us all familiar with the use of the Freedom of Information act ???&#60;br&#62;&#60;br&#62;&#60;br clear=all&#62;</description>

<description>They were that way even going back to CIE Dublin District days, when the outer suburban border was much closer to the city than nowadays.&#60;p&#62;Still makes no sense to me as to *why* the fares are simply not posted on the website.  DB wants to make you go through the whole rigor-marole of writing to the head office at 59 Sráid Uí Chonghaile, Baile Átha Cliath a hAon to get a list of current outer suburban fares.&#60;p&#62;Is an tUasal O Bhrionann aware of this...??  Let me tell you, that title &#34;minister&#34; goes right to the head; maybe they ought to adopt the US equivalent, &#34;secretary&#34;...?&#60;br&#62;&#60;br&#62;&#60;br clear=all&#62;</description>
