There is an article in the <a href="http://www.thepost.ie/web/DocumentView/did-900046903-pageUrl--2FHome.asp" target="_new">Sunday Business Post</a> about the incidents, among which were Mr. Napier receiving gifts from vendors inappropriately (conflict of interest/bribing). Well, at least it shows that the crooks lower-down dont get away with it forever. Now to go further up-hill in this chain of corruptionperhaps we might find out where all of our Metro money has disappeared to also? (Very sore point with me.)
