There is an article in the &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.thepost.ie/web/DocumentView/did-900046903-pageUrl--2FHome.asp&#34; target=&#34;_new&#34;&#62;Sunday Business Post&#60;/a&#62; about the incidents, among which were Mr. Napier receiving gifts from vendors inappropriately (conflict of interest/bribing).&#60;br&#62;&#60;br&#62;Well, at least it shows that the crooks lower-down don&#38;#146;t get away with it forever.  Now to go further up-hill in this chain of corruption&#38;#133;perhaps we might find out where all of our Metro money has disappeared to also&#38;#133;?  (Very sore point with me.)&#60;br&#62;&#60;/p&#62;</description>
