Speed limits, yield signs, mini-roundabouts, stop signs/road markings appear to mean nothing to these people! Cars park on junctions, on double yellows, at bus stops. In fact the council in their stupidity even painted car parkng spaces at some bus stops. It ridicules all health and safety issues for boarding and alighting from buses.
