Plans by the government to make cuts on public transport in Ireland are gathering steam, with a consultants report recommending massive changes to transport provision.
One item worthy of special attention is that the minister is talking about reducing, or even removing, service provision on bus routes that are “under performing”.

Once again scumbags have forced a reduction in bus services in some of the parts of the city that need them most. After taking advise from the guards, bus routes through Blanchardstown and Clondalkin have been diverted, and this will continue until the problems are resolved.

Apart from the new 25N Nitelink Service, the following changes have come into force:
The 66N: This route still departs from Westmoreland Street but now operates
via St. John’s Road to Palmerstown, Lucan Village and terminates in Leixlip. This route
no longer serves Chapelizod, which is covered by the new 25N.

Due to work on the LUAS a number of bus routes have had their City Centre termini
relocated. The bus routes affected and new termini are as follows:
